See what I did there? Good stuff. The San Diego Trib has an article suggesting that San Diego’s days of hosting ComicCon may be coming to an end. With an explosion of mainstream popularity the event has become a numbers and money game; and San Diego may not have the chops to keep the event. Here is the first video from the Gorillaz new album Plastic Beach which is due out next week. I guess they don’t want this video embedded so click the link and check it out. Certainly a shitload of Mayhem in there. Check out this Rolling Stone article for some info on the album, and the most recent single “Superfast Jellyfish” which reunites them with De la Soul (think “Feel Good Inc.”).
There’s only one reason I would see Valentines Day, Creed in concert, or spend an afternoon watching a NASCAR event on a black and white TV without sound: gambling. How many of the actors are in over their head with playing themselves? How many prayers will Scott Stapp initiate? Will anything explode?
Now I already enjoy the Oscars, so gambling will only make them all the better, right? ONWARD! Check out my predictions after the jump.

I guess a lot of people think this is cool or something but I prefer my dominos to stay the fuck down once I knock ‘em over. I know, I’m pretty hardcore.

I tend to call people on the phone more than most of my friends. In all honesty it’s because I’m stuck in traffic somewhere in LA and the irrational nature of the police force around here has me more afraid of being tagged for texting while driving than I reasonably should be.
I also find that most people don’t mind the fact that I get right to business rather than hollowly inquiring about their life and their children. If you know what I’m talking about here Gizmodo’s got a repost from Matthew Inman that has your name all over it. I’d re-post it here but it’s long as shit, and I’m not getting paid enough.
