I tend to call people on the phone more than most of my friends. In all honesty it’s because I’m stuck in traffic somewhere in LA and the irrational nature of the police force around here has me more afraid of being tagged for texting while driving than I reasonably should be.
I also find that most people don’t mind the fact that I get right to business rather than hollowly inquiring about their life and their children. If you know what I’m talking about here Gizmodo’s got a repost from Matthew Inman that has your name all over it. I’d re-post it here but it’s long as shit, and I’m not getting paid enough.
